Here is the step by step walkthrough for Can You Escape the Titanic Level 4

Step 1 – Collect the Wine Bottle, Blue Coral from the Planter, Broken CD from the Table

Step 2 – Listen the Color Pattern of the tissue on bar for color clue :green – yellow – red – blue – purple, Tap the Play Button
Step 3 – Place the Wine Bottle on Shelf and Rearrange them As the Tissue Color Code
Step 4 – Collect Another Piece of CD, Tap the Play Button
Step 5 – Collect Cable Plug and Coins From the Seat
Step 6 – Combine the Broken CD Pieces
Step 7 – Insert the CD, Coins into the Juke Box, Connect the Wire Plug
Step 8 – Collect the Safety Pins, Tap the Play Button
Step 9 – Tap the Cupboard on the Left hand side, Use the Safety pin and Open the Lock
Step 10 – Collect the Key from Inside the Cupboard
Step 11 – Open the Door and Escape
Step 12 – Move to Level 5
